The government has rearranged the office timing for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan from 9:00am to 3:30pm for all government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions.

The decision was taken on Monday at the weekly cabinet meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair at the Prime Minister’s Office, reports the UNB.

Senior Secretary (Coordination and Reforms) of the Cabinet Division Dr Md Shamsul Arefin briefed reporters at the Secretariat about the cabinet meeting.

He said there will be a 15-minute break from 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm for Zohr prayers.
