DHAKA: Rushanara Ali MP, the UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy for Bangladesh, is coming to Dhaka on Saturday (July 21), on a visit to strengthen ties among Bangladesh and UK for trade & commerce.
Sources from the Bangladesh Foreign Affairs Ministry confirmed the matter Friday (July 20).
She will officially start the visit Sunday (July 21), said the sources.
In September 2017, Rushanara led a commerce team of UK rail companies, during a visit here.
Rushana was appointed UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy for Bangladesh in 2012.
